Look, I found one on my living room floor.
Hey, look, I found one on my floor, too.

And you know what's really had to find? A looseleaf copy of the 1993. I know they printed them because I have the pages, but I've thrown out the original cover. I recently found my 1996 looseleaf, but it's not shown in the photo. I guess I'm partial to looseleafs, you can tell by the photo.

I guess I could just print my own cover and stick it in a store-bought 7-ring binder, but for some reason that seems like cheating.

Nice collection!

Looks like you ditched that cover because it got mounted in a zipper-pouch.

Yep. '93 was the first I ever saw a looseleaf, and I decided to put it in a DayPlanner type case to better protect it. Worked quite well, and I replaced it with a 96 when it came out.

But then the 99 was 8? x 11 and kinda killed the whole portable idea.

My oldest looseleaf is a 1971. My first employer bought it for me and he had my name printed on it. The 1971 NEC was what I tested on for my journeymans and masters license.
