Are these websites all similar? Like bidclerk , dodge reports. Anyone have experience with these? They seem to be priced the same per month.

We use Elitepronet. Decent interface, $200 a month and they only allow so many contractors per area. A slightly different dynamic than the dodge report.

dodge has been around a while, and i know folks who have gotten quite a bit of work off it...
