Ballasts laying on top of the acoustical ceiling tile without any support.
CFL ballasts replaced with magnetic ballasts from different fixtures.
Wire nuts are the only thing that would keep the ballasts from hitting the floor if a tile breaks.
Lights are controlled by a solid state dimming system.

I find the situation very dangerous, but was told that I am making a big deal out of nothing. Does anyone have suggestions on how to handle this or information on the hazzards this situation is creating?
