More likely ACSR or if a small feeder possibly UF with a messenger cable for support.
SE and SER could be used if messenger supported, but it would be rare IME.

What is the power source for the trailors? POCO drops or feeders from existing customer supply?

Lord only knows what POCOs use.
Prolly some type of ACSR I imagine. POCO does not have to use NEC listed conductors.

Def not CSR cable from POCO tap/splice at pole to trailer. It always have black jacket
