outdoor horse arena lighting

a friend has twelve 1500w 240v metal halide fixtures. Six 30foot poles with two fixtures per pole. it is 200feet of wire length to furthest pole fed from 200a panel in barn. He wants one disconnect for all. what size AL wire? can i use fuses and fuseholders at each pole for two light overcurrent protection?
