Do the requirements of table 310.15(B)2(A) apply to outdoor inground concrete trench boxes. It seems that all nonmetallic wireways, auxiliary gutters, and cellular raceways are required to.Also if this trench box was made with concrete forms using rebar, would there be enough rebar to cancell the requirement.

Its actually a fiber crete trench raceway made by concast trench systems. The dimentions are 40" wide x 16" deep x 80'.The schedule calls for 10 sets of 600 kcmil for a 3000a breaker. If the trench way is nonmetallic, i think(not sure)that the adjusting factors have to apply which would take that count up to 14 sets of 600 kcmil. If they don't then the least minimum i would need is 8 sets.

RU, just went to their web site. It is a handhole. A never ending handhole. That has to get warmer than a cable tray. Good question. Somebody quote an art..

I talked to the local AHJ today and he will accept dividers in the trench box. This trench box must mainly be used for utility work because it is not listed in the NEC book.
