So the code is pretty vague as far as circuitry on this subject,Even with Inspectors you can't get a straight answer.
Are outdoor Kitchens in fact Treated as a Daily run of the mill kitchen as far as "Required Circuitry" goes? I'm pretty good on the whole work surface countertop issue but the required circuitry "VAGUE" is an understatement.
 
The code doesn't differentiate between an indoor or outdoor kitchen. Imo, the outdoor kitchen would follow the same rules as the indoor kitchen
 
If it's outside, is it still considered part of the dwelling unit? What if it's detached from the structure? If someone installed a sink next to an permanent brick bbq grill, would that now be a kitchen?
