Just want to make sure if this wiring diagram (as attached) correct as per NEC for outdoor pole mounted flood lighting?

A 10AWG copper cable comes from 30A breaker. It is split into two cables, one of which is #12AWG copper (with fuse) which goes to the luminaire, and the other is #10AWG copper (without fuse) which goes to the next lighting pole. Thanks

Compliant as long as the fuse is suitable for branch circuit protection. Often the fuses used in poles are only suitable for use as supplementary protection.
