Need to install a outside receptacle on a metal building. Was planning on using a bell box with mc connector in the back threaded hole, is there any problem with this?

I do this all the time. As long as there is no MC exposed to the elements (in other words, you are punching through the wall directly into the back of the box), you're good to go. I usually put duct seal around the hole and then silicone the top and sides of the box. Don't forget the drain hole in the box!

I notice you leave the bottom of the box un-siliconed for drainage, ventilation, and to give spiders a home. :)
