The opening post indicates that the hole in the box is a threaded entry, to me.

If I come into the back of a weatherproof box, It will not be sealed at the romex connector.

This is one of the two or three reasons that I still keep die cast two-screw threaded romex connectors in a little bin in my truck.

The NM sheath has to be clamped, in this situation.

Those plastic ones work well in this situation.

Steve, is that a threaded plastic clamp? Or were you thinking of the back of the recessed non weatherproof box?

If its threaded, who makes it? Sounds like an interesting product
