oven shock

Got a service call, tenant would get shocked when touching wall mounted oven and light switch... this is what I found... they did have a wad of electrical tape around this mess , a 30A TL recept and plug, notice the dis-color of the recept and how they had to "tree" the AL wire to fit it in the recept. They were touching the screw of the cover plate and that was grounding them.

If you are talking about the pics causing your browser to go crazy, I had the same thing happen to me. I had to shut my computer down, and scan for viruses??????:rolleyes:

I didn't have that problem since I have Vista for my operating system. Vista is so messed up that it didn't know that there was a problem!?! :rolleyes: :smile:
