When you drill up through the roof to install a service mast, how do you line up the hole so everything is level?

Do you install the panel first and then sight the hole off of that,or do you drill the hole first and then mount the panel?

And finally, what is the best way to drill through stucco?Any special hole saws out there that you can recommend?

Thanks

Use a 12" long 1/4" bit in your hole saw and if you can keep your drill level you will have a nice 1/4" hole to start your hole saw from the other side.

Yes it's called a Rotor-Zip rotary scroll saw, with a tile bit in it it will cut through stucco like butter. And it does a nice job with out causing the stucco to fall off the building like a Saw-Zall will. this go for lap-plaster too.
