Overheating of 13.8kV MC cable

I would call Davenport Electric, as a place to start. They are about the biggest in the area and should have acess, or knowledge as to how to help.

Termination issues.

Just curious, what is the voltage? I looked through the posts, and didn't see it. Probably missed it.

Second curiosity question: Is the 13.8kV impedance grounded, or....?
