Overload protection for air compressor

Is this the overload button on the compressor? The power on and off switch is located to the right of this

Yes, that should be the overload reset button.

Without seeing a complete 360, that may be the overload as well. Never seen it, but that means little.

Yes. The motor says “Thermally Protected” so that is the reset button for the thermal switch (Kilxon).
