I have a lic. but I really don't care that he did or not. I think that State Lic. is just another way to stop freedom. I know GREAT elctricians and Co. owners that have more know how that guys with lic.(book smart) The question should be what is going to happen to unlic. guys it's going to effect a lot of people.

He did not sign a licensing law. He signed a registration law for home improvement contractors.
