PAD MOUNTED SUBSTATION

I am tasked to design a 1500 kVA and as per code it requires a unit substation. since it is more than 3000 amps at 208 volts. I would like to ask in this group if there is a NEMA 4X type of substation/ Switchgear this type around 4000 amps at 208V , that dont need a building to enclosed it, just a pad mounted NEMA 4X 4000 amps 208V substation, any idea guys? Thanks in advance for the answers.
 
This is 208 in/208 out? I'm not sure I'd call it a substation if there aren't any transformers involved, but that's just me. You may find some answers by rolling through the usual switchboard makers. (Which code requires a unit substation here?)

At that size, I'd expect a certain amount of metering and protective relaying, and that gear may need a hut or cabin.

sorry for the confusion, we are task to install 1500kva PAD mounted transformer , 13.8kV in 208/120 out which will give us 4000 amps on the secondary. the code is within our area or type of construction only w/c is called ufc code for exterior distribution. wich requires unit substation for secondary
 
Why do you want a Type 4X enclosure? At best standard enclosures would be Type 3R.

You might want to look into 'electrical equipment house' fabricators these have become very common over the past decade. They can put just about anything you want into the structure, particularly complete environmental systems.
