Yes,the scale and computer monitor are c1 d2 and intrinsiclly safe,the main computer is just outside the room.the data wire end are so big, I would have to
use 2in. sealoff? or can I drill ahole and seal it?and with what?

Is there such a thing as a split seal off for situations like that?

Have you read 504.70 carefully? "Such seals shall not be required to be explosionproof or flameproof but shall be identified for the purpose of minimizing passage of gases, vapors, or dusts under normal operating conditions and shall be accessible."
