Panel board / load center installation

I need help find the minimum spacing as to installation of a panel board or load center in relation to a transformer, understand that I need to stay with in ten foot rule if possible,

however I remember that I must also have a minimum clearance around the panels

in addition to the manufacture requirements for the transformer

the transformer will be set on the floor

Also, remember the 10' rule has to do with the total length of the conductors, not with the distance between devices.
