Panel bus or Lone Bus on honeywell BMS EXCEL WEB2

I'm in a project where the spec says the connections from the I/O points to DDC through Lon Bus & the supplier offering two options either Panel Bus or Lone Bus, also the supplier recommending to use the Panel Bus where the DDC is the same type for both cases, i don't know what is the best option for me? taking into account the connection on the high level through BacNet IP. You really would need to provide more information before I can provide you with any useful information. Perhaps you could show a line diagram and provide the controller specs. The only thing I would advise is to talk with the equipment supplier and see what they recommend.
