We can guess all day but there is nothing conclusive that can be gleaned from that photo to show that the MWBC is or is not terminated properly. As Kwired said another photo angle would be required to say one way or the other.

Every time I see those half breakers in a panel with MWBCs I find a mistake. Those little breakers make me cringe.


But then again, plastic boxes make me cringe too.

You do need to vacuum out all the junk from the bottom of the panelboard.

The human eye can see 1/8" of an inch of difference with-in 10 feet, that's a fat 1/4"...
