I just copy and paste using the picture icon on the post tool bar. You need to keep your picture size under 1MB.

I bought a stainless steel hinge but I’m not sure if it will work.

You could try a steal strap the height of the fold at the top of the panel.
Notch out what you need to fit the panel cover "tongue" and either screw or rivet it onto the inside of that fold.

A short piece of aluminum angle cut to the right height and notched. Secure with with some self tapping pan heads.

Why bother attempting to extending the life of garbage like Zinsco? Although that panel may have a plated copper bus, that comment based on the lock bar which was found on early Zinsco panels & early ones had copper bus also.

Sometimes that's the job. Not every job can be a complete redo.

I’m going to replace the busbar and the one troublesome breaker.
A new panel would be better. It’s an underground feed. It would cost a small fortune in San Jose.
