Between the two rows of back-to-back washing machines there is often a two-foot-or-so-wide cover that hides the water supply piping, valves, and hoses as well a the drains and the electrical supply. That usually consists of a sub-panel that is mounted face-up, with EMT supplying 4" sq boxes and receptacles.
