Would you labor(to mount..no terminations) a 100a bus 42 cktpanelboard different from a 200a bus panelboard. Obviously it’s heavy butenough to make mounting take longer?
How are you mounting it? Freestanding floor to ceiling on strut, sheetrock wall, plywood, concrete block or concrete wall?
Surface, concrete wall with strut .
Labor would be the same for 100, 200 & 400 amp back box as typically it is the same for each size based on a 42 circuit panel. The back box is going to weigh the same for each of these panels. The difference comes when you install the guts. Terminating #3 for 100 amp 3/0 for the 200 and 500s for the 400 amp. The bigger the buss the bigger branch wiring you would most likely be terminating.
