Would you labor(to mount..no terminations) a 100a bus 42 cktpanelboard different from a 200a bus panelboard. Obviously it’s heavy butenough to make mounting take longer?

How are you mounting it? Freestanding floor to ceiling on strut, sheetrock wall, plywood, concrete block or concrete wall?

In that case I would see little difference between mounting a 100 or 200 amp panel. In many cases the back box enclosure is the same.
Labor would be the same for 100, 200 & 400 amp back box as typically it is the same for each size based on a 42 circuit panel. The back box is going to weigh the same for each of these panels. The difference comes when you install the guts. Terminating #3 for 100 amp 3/0 for the 200 and 500s for the 400 amp. The bigger the buss the bigger branch wiring you would most likely be terminating.

Got out it but I'm talking about without considering terminations. Also I was just recently looking at another project where the said the interiors of the panelboard where riveted to th back box and only the breakers needed to be installed. Most time I know the interiors/guts of th panelboard to come not installed onto the back box.
