i cannot find in the nec and i know its their
about panelboard (cannot) being installed in bathrooms
can i get some help

It is allowable.

As long as it does not contain the service disconnect

Take a look at 230.70(A)(2) for service disconnecting means being located in bathrooms.

Also if this is a dwelling unit, overcurrent devices are not permitted to be installed in bathrooms, see 240.24(E).

Try 240.24(E). Can't have overcurrent protection in bathrooms.
