Hello,
I'm looking to replace PAR38 10spots with something more efficient. The new HIR halogen PAR38 lamps are more efficient than former halogens but still its only dropping from 100W to 70W.
Nobody is making PAR 38 CFL spots....you need a tiny light source in the center of the lamp. And I can't find an LED PAR38 10spot, just floods. I've found self ballasted metal halide PAR38 spots but they are only damp location rated. These lamps need to go into existing unhooded lamp holders.
Any ideas?
