Parallel Conductors

Need some expertise here-

Electrician ran the following:
3 Networks of 300 MCM THHN in (2) 4" conduits, 212' run to a 800 amp MDP panel.

Conduit #1 A1 300 MCM THHN
B1 same
C1 same
N1 same
A2 same
B2 same

Conduit #2 A3 300 MCM THHN
B3 same
C3 same
N3 same
C2 same
N2 same
I am the first to admit that my knowledge isnt very strong when it comes to 3p parallel conductors, but lets assume that all the runs are equal in length and everything else meets the code, does the above layout meet code?

This seems to be a violation of 300.3(B)(1)

If the raceways are ferrous, the conductors won't last long if you have much of a load.

This should be an interesting story when they turn the power on the equipment it feeds.
