Parking lot lights question

Where can I find the information about the when to turn on/off the lights of a parking lot in Miami. What I mean is something like 7:00 PM - 7:AM or turn off 30 minutes after sunrise... thanks for the help I couldn't find that in the Florida Building Code, I need something in B&W

I would call the local jurisdiction to see what the time may be by order of an ordinance. It may also be an insurance requirement.

Sounds like end of lamp life. If this happens too long the ballast will fail too.
