Peak amp usage question.

I have a 200 amp service coming into 3 units on a property. I can't boost the amps unless I get an expensive new service. I was permitted to drop two units to 60 amps and one at 100 amps. I need to know if I have enough to supply each unit.

I was given a summary as follows:

Unit A: 2.4 Kw Demand, 1468 Kwh (for 52 days)
Unit B: 1.7 kw Demand, 1073 kwh (for 54 days)
Unit C: 3.3 kw Demand, 1002 Kwh (for 67 days)

They have told me this, but I can't verify it with any calculation:

A: peak amps was 20A.
B: peak amps was 14.2 A.
C: peak amps was 27.5A.

When I asked them the formula they gave me this (which seems useless): Power = voltage x amperage.

Thanks in advance for any help provided. I'm in a sticky situation with a 2nd overhead wire service where they will only permit 1, so one has to go and I'm doing my best to suite them.
