Has anyone heard of PEARL (the Professional Electrical Apparatus Recyclers League, www.pearl1.org) certifications for testing electrical equipment? I'm on a water treatment facility job in Phoenix that's requiring PEARL/ NETA testing specs for all replacement gear. The standards are listed on the website and seem great but I have no history with PEARL. Anyone familiar? Any suggestions?
