Can we use this type of duct ( PEC duct; Polyethylene Corrugated ) , Orange COLOR , underground duct, for telecommunication newtworks ( it is accepted according to NFPA OR NOT

is this the same stuff as the blue corrugated tubing in a different color?

i think he is referring to SDR-11 innerduct. Its designed for underground use in conduit, but there are also direct burial versions of it. Its length inside a structure is limited as it isn't flame retardant
