in regards back to my original question that was on the MN journeyman exam... well i got my results today - did not pass. this is like my 6th time around.

65 my score. 70 passing.

Sorry to hear that. Do they break it down so you know where your weaknesses are?

I actually wish they would allow you to know what your weaknesses area - maybe that is why the State of MN tests are valued so high for other states.

so - i continue to ask my questions, in hopes that eventually I'll have everything in my noggen correct! :)

here's another project showing the whole one line diagram. now I'm looking for comments.... and what table should be used, etc.

i know it's getting away from the original question... but I don't mind...
Again, the service entrance GEC/EGC(s), i.e. the grounding conductor(s?) between xfmr and service disconnect switch serve little purpose, and perhaps even make a less safe installation. For a better understanding: http://forums.mikeholt.com/showthread.php?t=100003&highlight=parallel

As for one-line style, I'm not the one needing pleased... but IMO, yours has too much annotation. To get an idea what I'm talking about, look at the one on the front cover of this publication: http://www.necanet.org/store/pdf_toc/NECA100-TOC.pdf. Consider putting some of the information in the form of a schedule.
