Schneider uses a semi-flexible black plastic material between lugs of different phases in some of its larger disconnects and switchgear. I have a control panel application that could benefit from that material or something like it. Anyone know what it's made of? It looks like it may have a fabric or fiberglass core impregnated with plastic.

McMaster-Carr has this:

The Noryl looks to be a rigid material, and a semi-flexible material would work better in my application.

Thanks,

I finally got a hold of someone at Schneider who understood what I was looking for, after two tries. It's Valox-FR1 or Formex GK-62BK plastic (two mfg. so they have supply chain alternates), specifically formulated and UL listed as an electrical insulator. 1/16" thick, black. Easy to find once you know what it is.
