phase marking on a corner grounded delta

according to article 200.6 (b) the grounded conductor on a three phase corner grounded delta would be identfied WHITE is this correct.

2002 200.7 the grounded conductor shall be white or gray or have 3 white stripes

Note that they say grounded conductor not "Neutral"

I believe there has been a proposal submitted for the 2005 to specificaly define "neutral". This may clear up some of these identification issues.
