Photocell on a light with a wall switch

I've done something similar on vacation homes, I run the all of the outside lights through one photocell, then each light has local control inside. That way if somebody forgets to turn the light(s) off, it functions as a security light instead of burning 24/7 until they return.

Motion, yes. Not PC only

Right. The combo motion and PC lights that I have used allow overriding the motion detector using a switch sequence on a series switch but it cannot override the photocell. I have not seen any PC-only fixtures that allow a series wired override.
