I want to protect a load with a gfci, but I want to turn the load off and on with a photo cell. So I was thinking bring the line side through the photocell first, then hit the line side of the gfci outlet, then put the load on the load side of the gfci. Any thing to worry about? Thank you for your help.

Some GFI's need to be reset after power has been removed. I would feed the photocell with the GFI, then back to load. IMO
