Does anyone have pics they could share of recessed panel mounted on or between metal studs? Thank you I appreciate it.

A lot of contractors put 2x4's inside the metal stud cavity where stuff is going to be mounted. Was just in a building recently and the roughed in conference room has 2x4's in the metal stud cavity all around in places where future AV stuff and TV's are going to be mounted. That gives flexibility for later and ease of installation.
