And this one is a big-time screwup from a core drilling sub who actually drilled out a "revision cloud" on a print, thinking he was supposed to:

Okay, I fess up. I wondered how long it would take someone to figure it out. I was going to clean up the whole pic but decided not to for the effect. The pic that I photoshopped was a dp 20 and the one 20 was upside down. I did not photoshop this one.

Once they see it though, I believe they realize the hazard we put ourselves in and have more respect for our trade . ( I hope )
