Can you put 2. # 8 thw with 1 ground (40 amp breaker) for pool heat pump
And one ( 20 amp circuit )for the pool pump ..1 #12 thwn (hot) 1 #12 thwn neutral 1 #12 ground. In a 3/4 PVC

I know your profile says "electrician", but "THW" leads one to believe this is not an actual job question.
(I ask, as we normally ask those working with tests to relay their answers and reasoning first)

the answer may depend on the ground insulation and the schedule PVC......
