As a practical matter it can't be run inside the vacuum piping.

It can be run along the vacuum piping, and usually is.

The 360 degree rule only applies to conductors in a raceway, and vacuum piping is not a raceway, and IIRC, does not apply to this kind of wiring in any case.

This pipe is for Coaxial wire or maybe HDMI cable....

As a rule cables are not required to be installed in raceways.

IMO the pipe you describe is a chase not a raceway.

Hang on a minute.Just what is the equipment location ?Is this a central vac or just there type of plastic pipe ? If its only going to one location i dought its a central vac.

It sounds to me like a chase for a flat screen TV to be located above the fireplace.

He mention Coax and HDMI.

If its a chase for HDMI it has to be big.

P&C if you want to go thinwall plastic. if you really want to make it look like Shi- and still work why not corrigated storm drain pipe "it comes in 50' rolls" The Pro's that only do low voltage use the orange ent.
