Does anyone happen to know where i can get a pivoting pole for a yard light? I've seen them before on a couple of jobs, and they're pretty slick. They have a fixed lower portion, and the upper part pivots on a pin or bolt, with a bolt towards the bottom that you undo to swing the upper arm down for lamp and fixture changes from the ground. I could probably fabricate one, but i don't have a welder, and the time it would take me i'd just as soon buy a pre-fabricated one. Any ideas??
