100a main panel, there were not enough spots on ground bars that came premounted on panel. They had to add an additional ground bar to the panel to fit the rest. The only way the ground bar is connected electrically to the main neutral is through the panel enclosure, and it is secured to the enclosure with two machine screws. Is it okay to have neutral wires under this ground bar considering that there is going to be current passing through the panel enclosure to the neutral lug at any given time? Is this a hazard?

No and yes. The EGC's may use the enclosure as part of their pathway, but not the CCC's.

Best to move existing EGC's from real neutral bar to new bar, and use those holes for new neutrals.
