Is it allowed to drill a hole on a solid plastic/pvc wire duct (raceways) and use flexible pvc conduit with fittings to run the single-conductor wires through the junction box or outlet box?

You will have to find out if drilling holes is allowed per the listing of the raceway. Obviously, you need to get condutors into it somehow.
