Plastic sheet covers for labelling the panel

Lately I've been printing out my own breaker directory for my breaker panels, mostly resi work. Looks professional. I've been just taping them to the inside of the door. Ive thought about using plastic sheet covers so I can pull the sheet out and add to when needed. Wondering any ideas about to just affix the sheet protector to the inside of the panel door and then slide my print out right in. standard printer paper.

Reasoning is obvious, they never give me enough room for some extra detail, plus my handwriting is bad, and my Brother brand labeller just takes too long, esp. if something gets moved around in the panel.

Thoughts?

I print out the directory using Excel on a full 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper and use a plastic sheet cover installed on the door with double faced tape.IMG_20240430_103618417.jpg
