Hello All,
I am looking for advice on finding the right plastic material.
Some background:
The application is to be used in a solar array. I am working to get the array ETL listed, and they are requiring what I think to be some pretty stringent specifications. The reason I say that is because I have yet to find a plastic material that meets ALL of the specifications.
They are claiming that the plastic is being used as support/insulation to electronic components at risk of fire or electric shock, so it must meet the following requirements:

(we would require this to be thermoformable)
1. Flammability of either HB, V-2, V-1, or V-0
2. Minimum High-Current Arc Ignition (HAI) Performance Level Category that match the flammability rating:
a. Flame HB, minimum HAI PLC is 1
b. Flame V-2 or V-1, minimum HAI PLC is 2
c. Flame V-0, minimum HAI PLC is 3
HAI PLC 1 is higher than HAI PLC 3.
3. Comparative Tracking Index of 2 or better for system voltage 600V or less.
4. Comply with the requirements for exposure to ultraviolet light as determined with UL 746C.
5.It must also have RTI minimum of 90C.
6. UV resistant
6. Preferably White in color.

I know that UL has a yellow card system for this kind of thing, but is there any easy way to just filter through and find what I need? Can I even look at this catalog of plastic materials?

Thanks.

have you looked at electrical grades of glastic? flat sheet grade 1580 is white. they also make insulators, angles, channels and tubing
