Hi
I would like to ask you about if there is switchgear with three main
breaker and two tie breaker all have 3000A circuit breaker size tie
breakers are normally open position .
What is the maximum load ampere for individual breaker .
Note : the two tie breakers can be closed in the same time .

Which ?individual breaker? are you asking about? One of the Main Breakers? One of the Tie Breakers? Or are you asking about a breaker on this switchboard that supplies a downstream load?

In general, a breaker can be loaded up to a ?calculated load? that is equal to its maximum rating. For example, the 3000 amp tie breaker can be loaded up to 3000 amps. Please note, however, that the ?calculated load? sometimes includes a 25% extra allowance, an example being a 25% extra allowance for continuous loads.
