Would like to know if a service with seperate disconnecting means one 800amps and the other 1600 amps derived from the same transformer system and both feeding one building, can feeder conductors meet in a shared J-Box ahead of the branch circuit disconnecting means.

Let me make sure what you are saying is what I understand...this is fed by a single service drop or lateral into, i suppose, a metal wireway (trough), or a CT cabinet (more likely), then to two disconnects, then back into another metal (or nonmetallic) wireway on the load side of the two disconnects, then to your branch circuit disconnecting means in the same building and to the same tennant? If this is the case then I don't think there is any reason that you cannot do this according to the NEC.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Would like to know if 2 service laterals derived from the same transformer system with seperate disconnecting means one being a 800 amp main service fusible switch and the other is a 1600 amp main service fusible switch and both feeding the same building. Our question is can the feeder conductors from the two switches meet in a shared J-Box ahead of the branch circuit panels?

Yes, if the feeder conductors are on the load side of the service disconnects they can occupy the same box or raceway.
