Looking for some feedback as to questions you( if you were an owner or in charge of PM running project) would ask about ongoing projects during a meeting with your project manager? These are bi-weekly meetings to evaluate how a job(s) is doing. Thanks.

Are you talking about a "Resolution Committee" that meets monthly to resolve disputes with the trades on large projects ?
