POCO is replacing manual overhead line switches with remote

I realize remote operation.
However would you want to work on that section. Remotely turned off when at any time some fool can turn it back on.
They don't work behind remotely operated switches where they depend on a remote off. Switches are locked and tagged with remote disabled and switch de-coupled if needed. They get a visible air gap and ground out the section they are workin on.
