Poco meter requirements (Boston, MA)

Does anyone know whatever Eversource's meter requirements are for a multi family house? Specifically things like bypass levers, 5th jaw, or clearances? The link for their "blue book" isn't working and i can't reach the engineers or meter department.

Bypass I believe yes, 5th jaw? If it’s 208 ? I dunno. Can’t find the blue book,
Don’t forget emergency disconnects.

Looks like multifamily with a common area meter you would need a bypass. 5th jaw depends on the area you're working in I believe.

I actually don't see any requirement for residential 120/240 bypasses.
