polaris connector ???

is there any polaris connector ( by NSI industries @ 90c, 600V 500MCM in to 500MCM out)
3-port or strait,1-port or....... ??

Does this happen to be for the job you undersides the parallel feeders on? If your plan is to splice short tails of 600's on to the 500's your going to make the problem worse. You would need to splice all of the feeder conductors on a single device.

If I understood your previous install, you would need 3 wire in/3 wire out connectors (6 port) per phase and neutral at each end, or 8 6 port connectors that can handle 600 MCM. 3 stubs of 600MCM going from buss bars to Polaris connector, 3 sets of 500MCM per phase between Polaris connectors, and then 3 more 600MCM stubs on the other end going to w/e. You might be able to do it with 6 6 port connectors if you can run the neutral thru all one size.

Please also note that my way is just one way, and that AL conductors, if an option, will be loads cheaper than copper. and I did not take voltage drop into consideration.
